Join us every Tuesday this summer from July 9th – August 27th for free yoga in the park! Stretch and strengthen the entire body while calming and centering the mind. We’ll explore a full range of yoga poses, along with breathwork and meditation. Students of all levels are welcome. Classes are offered by Molly Ginty, a veteran instructor with two decades of experience teaching yoga in New York City. BYOYM – Bring your own yoga mat (or beach towel!) to enjoy the sights and sounds of our oasis in the city and a calming yoga session for fitness, flexibility, and stress release.

Register to participate for free on Eventbrite. Limited yoga mats are available for a $5 donation; please select the General Admission + Mat Rental option on the Eventbrite ticketing page. Tickets including a yoga mat are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please be aware that there is no guarantee of mat availability without booking a mat in advance.
