The Overlook, a string quartet that originated in Upper Manhattan in the early days of the pandemic and who gave their first official performance at Morris-Jumel Mansion in 2020, returns to the mansion on Labor Day with special guest, two-time GRAMMY-nominated violinist and composer Curtis Stewart. The musicians will perform music by a number of living composers including Jessie Montgomery, Ulysses Owens Jr. and Stewart himself.

Free. Patio seating is outdoors on a first-come, first-served basis. The audience is also welcome to bring picnic blankets to sit on the grass.

In case of rain, the concert will be rescheduled to Thursday, September 8th at noon.
